The present invention relates to a method for culturing a licorice, and more specifically, to a method for effectively culturing the licorice suitable for medicinal herbs. According to the present invention, a method for culturing the licorice includes a step of irradiating light to the licorice by using a blue LED light. A wavelength of the blue LED light may be 450 nm. The method for culturing the licorice further includes a step of making a dark environment. The step of lighting and making the dark environment may be alternately repeated.본 발명은 감초 재배 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 한방재로 적합한 감초를 효과적으로 재배할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 감초에 청색 LED 조명을 이용하여 빛을 조사하는 조명 단계를 포함하는 감초 재배 방법이 제공된다. 상기 청색 LED 조명의 파장은 450nm일 수 있다. 상기 감초 재배 방법은 상기 감초에 어두운 환경을 조성하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 조명 단계와 상기 감초에 어두운 환경을 조성하는 단계는 교대로 반복될 수 있다.
