The lower end of the pillar casing pipe (3) is connected to the seat (2), and the upper end thereof is connected to the pillar (1). A first elastic connection object (301) is connected between the pillar casing pipes (3). The spine lateral push-and-pull apparatus (6) may move up and down along the pillar (1) and swing.
