CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-aging contains Sctellaria baicalensis georgi extract. A method for producing Sctellaria baicalensis georgi extract comprises: a step of boiling, steaming, roasting, and frying the Sctellaria baicalensis georgi in fire through processing herbal medicine； and a step of extracting Sctellaria baicalensis georgi extract using water or organic solvent to obtain extract.
