PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower-use cosmetic agent which is capable of securing a certain elution amount to water or hot water, suppressing excessive solubility to obtain sufficient long-lastingness, and improving sensory feeling during use.SOLUTION: A shower-use cosmetic agent contains polyoxyethylene glycol (PEG)/polyoxypropylene glycol (PPG) copolymer, stearic acid or its derivative as essential components. It is preferable that the shower-use cosmetic agent contain polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) which enhances solubility to hot water, coloring agent which improves visibility of the shower-use cosmetic agent, or the like.
