PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion delivery device which correctly detects the replacing time of an ion generator.SOLUTION: The device is provided with: an ion generator 20 for generating ions and comprising an ID originating part 28 which originates a characteristic ID number a storage part 44 which stores the ID number originated from the ID originating part 28 a first timer 45 which measures driving time of the ion generator 20 an operation part 48 which performs reset operation of the first timer 45 and a notification part 15 which gives notification when the integrated time of the first timer 45 amounts to the replacing time of the ion generator 20. When the ID number of the ion generator 20 does not match with the ID number stored in the storage part 44, the reset operation of the first timer 45 by the operation part 48 is received and the notification state of the notification part 15 is released by the reset operation of the first timer 45.
