PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist band system equipped with a function for monitoring an operation of an arm on which a users wrist band is mounted, and detecting/giving notice of a series of periodic work operations.SOLUTION: A series of acceleration data measured by an acceleration sensor 103 and a series of acceleration data registered in a basic operation registration part 106 are collated. One or more basic operations similar to the series of acceleration data measured by the acceleration sensor 103 are identified. Permutations of the identified one or more basic operations and permutations of the basic operations registered in a work operation registration part 109 are collated.
