PURPOSE: A method for obtaining superior seed of a sea squirt is provided to enhance a way to control a parent sea squirt and seeding collection for preventing the parent sea squirt from developing diseases or dying and increasing the number of a squirt. CONSTITUTION: A method for obtaining superior seed of a sea squirt comprises the following steps. A mother squirt is selected and moved to a culture filed (S1). An necessary substance from the mother squirt is removed and the other squirt is washed (S2). The mother squirt is put into a culture bath and raised for 3-5 days in the culture bath, which is carried out 1-3 times per day based on the condition of the mother squirt (S3). Antibiotic and antimicrobial agents are put into sea water in the bath and dipped into water with medicine (S4). The water in the bath is controlled in a range of 12±;1°;C and the mother squirt is prepared for fertility (S6). The parent squirt is out of the bath and kept in the air for 2-4 hours (S7). In 15-16°;C sea water in a culture bath, the squirt is put into and is prepared for giving birth and the temperature of the water is controlled in a range of 12±;1°;C (S8). From 1-2 days after fertilization, a seed of squirt is in the bath so that a larva of the squirt is induced to be attached while a larva of the squirt is grown in the seed of squirt (S9).
