The method comprises mounting of vertical support, around which one spiral stem of vine or sequential spiral stems of vine are formed to the level of the crown formation. At that in the upper part of the support the sequential annular supports are coaxially fixed, and each sequential annular support is fixed with increased diameter. This sequence of the annular supports is fixed in the upper part of the vertical support by means of rigid rods which are fixed by the lower ends in the middle part of the vertical support. At the level of crown formation along the last annular support from above or below the additional annular supports are sequentially located, the middle part of which is fixed on the last annular support. The end part of the additional annular supports, which is located on the inner part of the last annular support, is fixed by means of additional vertical rods to the lower annular support of smaller diameter.
