A sealing device is provided. The sealing device may include at least one opening, a driving mechanism and an automatic loading mechanism. The perforation hole may comprise at least one needle rotatably disposed therein for engaging a suture for placement. The drive mechanism may be operably coupled to the needle and configured to advance from the retracted position to the extended position while the needle is engaged and retracted from the extended position to the retracted position during needle release.
