PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation container favorably suited to styrofoam box nutriculture, which ensures that the plant cultivation container can keep the liquid-holding property by supplying culture fluid to a culture soil in a wide range while enhancing the draining property, roots of previous work remaining in the culture soil do not interfere with the growth of new seedlings in the second work and later, and making drainage holes and planting holes does not require time and labor.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation container includes a weir B comprised of two ridges 7, 8 formed on an upper surface of a bottom plate 4, of which end parts are connected to lower portions of inner surfaces of paired opposing side walls 5A, 5B of a container body 2. Drainage holes 10A, 10B are formed in regions of the side walls 5A, 5B between end parts of the two ridges. Downward inclined planes toward the weir B and downward inclined planes toward the drainage holes 10A, 10B are formed on the upper surface of the bottom plate 4. Two planting holes are formed through a lid body 3 on one of two diagonal lines of the lid body 3 respectively above paired liquid storing parts partitioned by the weir B on the bottom plate 4, one planting hole for each of the paired liquid storing parts.
