PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide green liver syndrome-preventive fish feed comprising cultured fish feed reduced in the compound ratio of fish meal to prevent culture fish from suffering from the green liver syndrome without addition of taurine.
SOLUTION: The green liver syndrome-preventive fish feed comprising compound feed for cultured fish, is reduced in the compound ratio of fish meal, and is obtained by eliminating insoluble components from hydrolyzed insoluble soybean protein such as enzyme-decomposed soybean protein, or using soybean protein prepared so as not to generate insoluble components, to prevent cultured fish from suffering from the green liver syndrome without addition of taurine.
