The invention relates to an interface element for dental prostheses,consisting of a cylindricalhollow body comprising: two different segments, namely a lower segment (a)having a largeroutside diameter and an upper segment (b) having a smaller outside diameter,said segmentsbeing provided with external circular retaining grooves (2) and an internalseat (4) for thehead of the screw (5) that secures same to the implant； and a lower base (6).The interfaceelement is characterised by having a lateral cavity (7) spanning the height ofthe uppersegment (b), defining a lateral opening for the inclined entry of the screw(5) and screwdriver(8), the height and width of said opening permitting an inclination of up to30°, with respect tothe axial axis of the cylindrical body and the lateral freedom of movement ofthe screwdriver(8) by as much as 90°. Also provided are two flat regions (9) indiametrically opposing pointsof the external surface of the larger-diameter lower segment (a) of thecircular body.
