The invention relates to an instrument used for mounting a dental implant. According to the invention, the instrument consists of two components (A and B), which constitute an instrument with catcher and an adaptor, respectively, the first component (A) consisting of multiple exterior, lower, upper, intermediary interior, intermediary upper and elastic bodies (1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6), inside the exterior body (1) there being mounted the other bodies (2, 3, 4, 5 and 6), the upper body (3) showing a cylindrical segment (w), having cut in a lower cross area (x) a cylindrical hole (y) and inside there having cut a blind-end hole (z) at whose level there is performed the guiding on a surface (u), continuing with another cylindrical segment (a) which shows some segments (b) with plane surfaces, at the level thereof there being performed the blocking of a segment (n) in a chosen rotation sense and a cylindrical segment (c) with different circular section, which is continued in an upper area (d) with another cylindrical segment (e) which frontally shows a cog (f) which gears some channels (p) longitudinally cut inside a body (7) of the second component (B), the mentioned channels (p) having the radius opened outwards and being equally spaced, continuing with some cylindrical segments (q and r) with different circular section.Invenţia se referă la un instrument folosit pentru montarea unui implant dentar.
