PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing Morus alba L. extract with an ability of suppressing multidrug resistance(MDR) is provided to treat a patient with an anticancer drug resistance. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing multidrug resistance contains 0.01-50 wt% of Morus alba L. extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using water, low carbon number alcohol, or a mixture solvent thereof. A pharmaceutical composition and a sitological composition for an anticancer aid contains 0.001-50 wt% of the extract as an active ingredient.본 발명은 다중약물내성 (multidrug resistance, MDR) 억제능이 매우 뛰어난 상백피 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 다중약물내성 억제용 약학적 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명의 조성물은 항암제에 내성을 나타내는 다중약물 내성 세포에서 보이는 항암제 내성을 극복할 수 있어, 약학적으로 유용한 다중약물내성 억제용 조성물 및 항암보조제로 사용될 수 있다.
