The present invention relates to plant volatile attractant composition for trapping Eucalyptus gall wasp, Leptocybe invasa. Further, the present invention relates to plant volatile composition used as dispenser product to trap Leptocybe invasa. The plant volatile attractant composition consisting of following compounds n-nexenal 2-hexenal 3-hexen-1-ol Heptanal - pinene - pinene myrcene 1- phyllendrene gamma terpinene D-limonene and 1,8 cineole either alone or in combination in the range of 1.7 µl to 523.6 µl in 1 ml of the plant volatile attractant composition.
