PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition useful as a cleansing product which can be stable before applying on the skin and causes rapid texture variation after applying on the skin.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition which comprises (a) at least one sugar ester of a fatty acid, (b) at least one anionic surfactant selected from an amino acid-based surfactant and a taurine-based surfactant, (c) at least one polyoxyalkylenated polyol fatty acid ester having an HLB value of 12 or less, (d) at least one oil, (e) at least one polyol and water.
