Disclosed is a low temperature and low humidity dryer comprising: a desiccant chamber having a heater installed inside a pipe and mounted to an upper side wall of said desiccant chamber； a dryer chamber positioned to a distance being connected to said desiccant through said pipe； a temperature control panel having an electronic circuit thereon being electronically connected to the dryer chamber； a pump or blower connected to a power source positioned between the desiccant chamber and dryer chamber being connected the desiccant chamber and dryer chamber through said pipe； wherein an air dehumidifier being present to the first and second drawers of the desiccant chamber； and wherein the temperature control panel is capable to determine the effect of air temperature, humidity and air velocity inside said dryer chamber.
