PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thin the width of a device while presenting an image to be observed as a visual target without having an observer mind distortion of the visual target.SOLUTION: The visual target presentation device is a device for presenting the observer with the image to be observed as a visual target. The visual target presentation device includes: a display device 1 for projecting an observation object a beam splitter 2 having a division surface 21 for dividing light emitted by the display device 1 into reflecting light and transmitted light and a concave mirror 3 which has a mirror surface 31 for projecting the reflecting light and forms an image. The beam splitter 2 and the concave mirror 3 are arranged so that the reflecting light 24 projected to a central point 32 of the mirror surface 31 is inclined on the side of the display device 1 with respect to a normal line 33 in the central point 32.
