The present invention relates to a finger-operated two-way device for suction and irrigation. The present invention provides a suction-irrigation multifunctional device wherein each processing means is integrally provided in a single device such that suction and cleaning processes can be selectively carried out to the device and suction, cleaning, and flushing can be each selectively processed, and a processing method thereof. To implement the suction and cleaning functions inside a single treatment tube using a push valve, a passage hole is equipped which performs a function of connection inside the push valve by selecting at least one among the suction and cleaning functions, and when the push valve needs to select a strong pressure, a nozzle is additionally built in to increase the pressure.본 발명은 핑거로 작동하는 석션과 이리게이션 투웨이 디바이스에 관한 것으로서, 상기 디바이스에 석션처리와 세척처리를 선택적으로 행할 수 있도록 단일의 장치 내에 각각의 처리수단을 일체로 구비하고, 석션, 세척 및 플러싱을 각각 선택적으로 처리할 수 있도록 한 석션-이리게이션 멀티펑션 디바이스 및 그 처리방법을 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.본 발명은 상기 석션 기능과 세정 기능을 푸쉬밸브를 이용하여 하나의 시술튜브 내부에서 구현시키기 위하여, 상기 푸쉬밸브의 내부에 석션과 세정 기능 중에서 적어도 하나를 선택하여 연결하는 기능을 수행하는 통과홀을 구비하고, 상기 푸쉬밸브가 강한 압력을 선택해야 할 필요가 있을 때에는 그 압력을 높여주기 위하여 노즐을 추가로 내설하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
