A skin-patch type medicament delivery device (10, 30, 50) comprises a housing (11) containing a medicament delivery mechanism (12) including an injection needle (13). An adhesive surface (19) is provided for securing the housing (11) to a patient's skin during a medicament delivery process. A sterilizing mechanism is connected to the housing (11) and thus integrated into the device, and comprises a pad (18) impregnated with sterilizing agent which contacts the skin once the housing (11) is secured to a patient, and which can, respectively has to be moved in a swiping action across the injection site to sterilize the latter before the needle insertion and drug administration can be performed.L'invention concerne un dispositif d'administration de médicament de type timbre cutané (10, 30, 50), qui comprend un boîtier (11) contenant un mécanisme d'administration de médicament (12) comprenant une aiguille d'injection (13). Un mécanisme de stérilisation est relié au boîtier (11) et ainsi intégré dans le dispositif, et comprend un tampon (18) imprégné d'un agent stérilisant qui entre en contact avec la peau une fois que le boîtier (11) est fixé à un patient, et qui peut respectivement être déplacé dans une action de balayage à travers le site d'injection pour stériliser ce dernier avant que l'insertion d'aiguille et l'administration de médicament ne puissent être réalisées.
