The installation includes a pre-mix tank connected suction and discharge pipes respectively with the inlet and outlet of the pump-candidate dispersants coupled with a drive, forming thus a closed circulation loop for feed processing. The number of containers for mixing is set not less than three, and the number-dispersing pump - not less than two. Containers for premixing with associated pump-dispersant system through suction and discharge pipes, equipped with adjusting valves, with the possibility of creating a single process or preparing liquid feeds autonomous conditions for each tank individually. The apparatus further comprises a trap placed in the branches of the suction pipe before the pump inlets dispersant. Tap for discharging liquid feed is set to the pressure pipe, the section from the pump to the dispersant at the mixing vessel.
