The vial 500 comprising: at least one vertical conduit 100 and at least one conduit adapter 200 having a first open end 204, a second open end 206, a valve 202 operatives coupled to said at least one conduit adapter 200, configured to be displaced in a closed position for precluding flow communication of fly stock from the at least one vertical conduit 100 connected at the first open end 204 or at the second open end 206 , and an open position for enabling flow communication of fly stock between the at least one vertical conduit 100 connected at the first open end 204 and an another at least one vertical conduit connected at the second open end 206, thereby enabling transfer of transgenic fly stock.
