PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide promotion of expression of genes which activate homeostatic functions, by applying heat.SOLUTION: Using an electrical hyperthermic stimulation device, heat stimulus of less than 50°C is applied to at least the heat stimulus originating site which is a site where an extended line of inner periphery between first and second fingers on the sole of left or right foot, and a perpendicular line of inner ankle crosses.
