PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand and foot temperature adjusting device capable of heating or cooling hands and feet simultaneously while improving user-friendliness and achieving simplification of a structure.SOLUTION: A human body attachment part 3 equipped with an electric operation part H freely attached to and detached from a human body for heating or cooling hands and feet is composed of a hand attachment part 31 attached to hands, and a foot attachment part 32 attached to feet. The hand attachment part 31 is equipped with an electric operation part 47 for hands for heating or cooling hands, and a power receiving part J4 for the hand attachment part for receiving power to be supplied to the electric operation part 47 for hands. The foot attachment part 32 is equipped with an electric operation part 57 for feet for heating or cooling feet, and a power receiving part J5 for the foot attachment part for receiving power to be supplied to the electric operation part 57 for feet.
