The invention relates to medicine, particularly to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended for the treatment of injuries and diseases of the spinal column.The distraction corset for the correction of spinal column comprises a flexible metal vertical rod (14), on the upper end of which is installed a cervical clamp (15), and the lower end of the rod (14) is rigidly fixed on a plate (17) and pivotally connected to a lever (3). The corset further comprises a cable (9), which passes near the rod (14), the lower end of which is pivotally connected to a corrective arm (6). The lever (3) and the corrective arm (6) are pivotally fixed on a base (1), and their ends are secured on a regulator (4). The corset also comprises a crimping jacket (20) with buckles (21), connected to a belt (5), and flexible ribs (7), some of which are made mobile with fixtures (10), and the others - immobile with fixtures (8). On the mobile ribs are installed rings (11), through which passes the cable (9) for extension in the horizontal line.
