The present invention discloses a biological cultivation system and a planting device thereof, the planting device comprising a frame module, a plurality of guiding modules, at least one movable cultivation module and at least one fixed cultivation module. The frame module has an accommodating space, and the accommodating space is divided into a plurality of regions. The plurality of guiding modules are disposed on the frame module, wherein one guiding module corresponds to one of the regions, and the other guiding module corresponds to another region. At least one active cultivation module can be movably disposed in the corresponding guiding module and located in one of the areas, and at least one active cultivation module carries a plurality of living things. At least one fixed cultivation module can be movably disposed in the corresponding guiding module and located in another area, and at least one fixed cultivation module carries a plurality of living things. The at least one active cultivation module is displaced by the corresponding guiding module, so that at least one movable cultivation module and at least one fixed cultivation module are in a dislocated state, and at least one active cultivation module is operated by a descent.
