PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine packaging apparatus being usable of a double-fold dispensing belt roll, facilitating a replacement of the dispensing belt roll and reducing an occupied area.SOLUTION: An installation side of a dispensing belt feeding mechanism 30 is elevated to incline a base plate 21. Both of a horizontal seal section and a longitudinal seal section of a sealing mechanism 53 are stored on a downstream side of a medicine loading hopper 52 and a pressing member 51 is placed on the upstream side of the medicine loading hopper 52. A damper 35 is provided within a moving range of a movable roller 36, which adjusts the tension of the dispensing belt 8, so as to surely regulate the movement of the movable roller 36 even if enhancing the speed in feeding the dispensing belt 8.
