PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid opening and closing mechanism of a hopper of a medicine dispensing packaging machine capable of being compactly constituted.SOLUTION: The lid opening and closing mechanism of the hopper of the medicine dispensing packaging machine is equipped with the hopper 4 receiving a medicine from a medicine feeding part, a freely openable and closeable lid 30 provided on an opening part so that the medicine received by the hopper 4 is fed into a packaging paper from the opening part of the lower end of the hopper 4, and an opening/closing device 32 for operating opening and closing the lid 30.
