The present invention relates to transformants for improving a storage protein composition in plant seeds, and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, to producing transgenic rice, in which prolamin and globulin are decreased and glutelins is increased in storage proteins contained in seeds, by using an RNAi vector controlling all of prolamin and globulin expression.본 발명은 식물 종자의 저장 단백질 조성 개량된 형질전환체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 프롤라민 및 글로불린 발현을 모두 억제하는 RNAi 벡터를 이용하여 종자의 저장 단백질 중 프롤라민과 글로불린이 감소하고 글루테린이 증가한 형질전환 벼를 제조하는 것에 관한 것이다.
