PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on eye adjustment.SOLUTION: An eye adjusting function support system includes an eye adjusting function support instrument 100 and an electronic apparatus 200 applied to a user. A refractive power variable element 120 of the eye adjusting function support instrument is arranged outside or inside an eye, and is configured so that at least part of the refractive power is variable. An actuator 130 drives the refractive power variable element to change the refractive power. A control part 110 controls the actuator. An electronic apparatus data acquisition part 220 acquires data on a use state of the electronic apparatus. A control information generation part 230 generates control information on the basis of the acquired data. A second communication part 240 transmits the generated control information. A first communication part 140 of the eye adjusting function support instrument receives the control information transmitted from the second communication part of the electronic instrument.
