To provide a poultry lighting system that allows efficient work within a poultry house and minimizes an impact on poultry breeding.SOLUTION: A poultry lighting system 10 in a poultry house includes: a poultry breeding lighting 21； a poultry house working lighting 22； and a control device 30 having a control unit 31 that performs lighting control of each lighting. The control unit 31 includes a poultry breeding mode that controls lighting according to a breeding stage of poultry.
