PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image guide device that allows an image to be observed while using an image guide for transmission of an illumination light.SOLUTION: An image guide device 1 includes an image guide 10 and an optical system 21. The image guide 10 includes an optical fiber bundle 11 composed of a plurality of optical fibers, which transmits an image light incident on a first end surface to a second end surface.
