CONSTITUTION: A vent port with a filtering function comprises a filter containing part(22), a filter member, a fluid moving part(26), and a heating system. The filter member comprises a joint unit, and a filter unit which is inserted into a through-hole of the joint unit. The fluid moving part is located on top of the filter containing part so that the fluid flows in or out. The heating system heats the filter containing part. A cover(45) covers the outside of the filter containing part. An insulating material is equipped between the filter containing part and the cover. A guide rail is formed along the outer longitudinal direction of the filter containing part. A guide joint is formed in order to be slide-combined to the guide rail along the inner longitudinal direction of the cover.
