A multi-use biopsy device comprising: at least a needle assembly comprising at least a first needle being co-axial with at least a second needle, said second solid needle comprising a notch at its operative distal end and being configured to be fired at a tissue for obtaining a tissue sample through said notch at least a needle holder and length adjustment mechanism comprising at least a hollow, internally threaded shaft, with a first side wall spaced apart from said threaded shaft but drawing support from said threaded shaft, said spaced apart region holding said needle assembly and further with a second wall or extrusion or protrusion abutting said shaft of the other side (diametrically opposite said first side wall) and at least an actuation button configured to fire needle(s) of said device upon actuation, in order to collect a tissue sample.
