The subject invention provides a method of treating an individual afflicted with early stage Dupuytren' s disease characterized by the presence of one or more nodules on the individual's hand which comprises injecting into each nodule a pharmaceutical composition comprising an amount of an antihuman TNFa antibody or fragment thereof effective to treat the individual, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is in the form of a liquid and between 0.1 ml and 0.6 ml of the composition is injected into each nodule. This invention also provides for a pre-filled syringe for carrying out the above-described method.La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'un individu souffrant d'une maladie de Dupuytren à un stade précoce caractérisée par la présence d'un ou plusieurs nodules sur la main de l'individu qui comprend l'injection dans chaque nodule d'une composition pharmaceutique comprenant une quantité d'un anticorps anti-Tnfa humain ou un fragment efficace de celui-ci pour traiter l'individu, la composition pharmaceutique étant sous la forme d'un liquide et entre 0,1 ml et 0,6 ml de la composition est injecté dans chaque nodule. Cette invention concerne en outre une seringue préremplie pour conduire le procédé décrit ci-dessus.
