PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auscultatory sound identification training device and an auscultatory sound identification training system which are excellent in portability, can easily be used anytime and anywhere and are practical and economical during training due to indirect auscultation using a stethoscope.SOLUTION: An auscultatory sound identification training system includes: speakers 110 for auscultation for changing an electric signal on transmitted auscultatory sound information to an acoustic signal to output the sound as auscultatory sound； a mounting plate 100a for mounting a speaker 110 for auscultation by enclosing the periphery of the speaker for auscultation； and a cover member 130 made of resin and provided at a surface part side of the mounting plate 100a so as to cover a front part 110a side of a sounding body 110 and having hardness identical to the skin of a human body, wherein short width is at least 45 mm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】聴診器を使う間接聴診によるトレーニングに際し、携帯性に優れ、いつでもどこでも容易に利用可能で、且つ実用的で経済的な聴診音識別訓練器及び聴診音識別訓練システムを提供すること。【解決手段】送出されてくる聴診音情報に関する電気信号を音響信号に変えて聴診音として音声出力する聴診用スピーカ１１０と、聴診用スピーカ１１０をその外周部を囲繞するようにして取付ける取付け板１００ａと、取付け板１００ａの表面部側に発音体１１０の正面部１１０ａ側を覆うよう設けられ人体の皮膚と同等の硬度を有するとともに少なくとも短幅が４５ｍｍである樹脂製のカバー部材１３０とを具備した構成とした。【選択図】 図１
