PURPOSE: An electrochemical non-enzyme biosensor including mesoporous platinum particles and a method using the same for measuring glucose concentration are provided to measure the glucose concentration by fixing or changing a voltage applied to a working electrode, thereby measuring the glucose concentration by various methods.CONSTITUTION: An electrochemical non-enzyme biosensor including mesoporous platinum particles comprises a working electrode(100). The working electrode includes a mesoporous platinum layer. A mixed solution including the mesoporous platinum particles is dried on a metallic electrode(120) so that the mesoporous platinum layer is formed. The mixed solution includes adhesive materials.
