PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid formulation containing a reducing sugar and taurine and further stably containing ascorbic acid or its salt.
SOLUTION: The invention provides a liquid formulation containing ascorbic acid or its salt, a reducing sugar, taurine and a sulfite, preferably the above liquid formulation wherein the reducing sugar is one or more sugars selected from sucrose, glucose and fructose.
