A wearable cardiac pacing device, comprising a wearable body (1). The wearable body (1) is provided with a cardiac pacing means (5) which comprises a microcontroller (50), a heart rate sensor (51), a cardiac pacemaker (52), and a temperature sensor (53). The heart rate sensor (51), the cardiac pacemaker (52), and the temperature sensor (53) are all connected to the microcontroller (50) by means of signal lines. The heart rate sensor (51) is used for monitoring heart rate data of a patient. The microcontroller (50) is used for generating a cardiac pacing pulse according to the heart rate data, to induce the cardiac pacemaker (52) to produce pulse vibration, thereby assisting the heart of the patient to beat regularly. The temperature sensor (53) is used for measuring the chest temperature of the patient. The microcontroller (50) is further used for generating a pulse adjusting signal according to the chest temperature and adjusting the frequency of the pulse vibration of the cardiac pacemaker according to the pulse adjusting signal. The device can not only assist a patient in cardiac pacing and make the heart of the patient beat regularly, but also adjust the cardiac pacing rate according the chest temperature of the patient to match the physical condition of the patient.
