Die Erfindung betrifft substituierte 3-(Biphenyl-3-yl)-8,8-difluor-4-hydroxy-1-azaspiro[4.5]dec-3-en-2-one zu therapeutischen Zwecken, pharmazeutische Mittel und deren Verwendung in der Therapie, insbesondere zur Prophylaxe und Therapie von Tumorerkrankungen.Substituted 3-biphenyl-3-yl-8,8-difluoro-4-hydroxy-1-azaspiro[4.5]dec-3-en-2-one derivatives (I) are new. Substituted 3-biphenyl-3-yl-8,8-difluoro-4-hydroxy-1-azaspiro[4.5]dec-3-en-2-one derivatives of formula (I) and their salts are new. R1 : CH 3or Cl R2 : H or CH 3 R3 : H or F and R4 : Cl or F. ACTIVITY : Cytostatic Herbicide Fungicide. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Acetyl-CoA carboxylase 1 inhibitor. The ability of (I) to inhibit the acetyl-CoA carboxylase 1 was tested using in-vitro enzyme assay. The result showed that 3-(4-chloro-3-fluoro-4-methylbiphenyl-3-yl)-8,8-difluoro-4-hydroxy-l-azaspiro[4.5]dec-3-en-2-one exhibited an IC50 value of 0.053 mu mol/l.
