Provided is an oral liquid composition which is prepared by adding, to an oral liquid composition being free from ethanol and comprising potassium nitrate (A)and cetyl pyridinium chloride (B), a nonionic surfactant (C) and an amphoteric surfactant (D), wherein the content of water (E) is controlled to 55 mass% or higher and lower than 92 mass% and the pH of the composition is adjusted to 6.8 or higher and lower than 8.0. The oral liquid composition, wherein the sedimentation of an insoluble precipitate, said precipitate being formed by the combined use of the components (A) and (B) in the aforesaid oral liquid composition, is suppressed, has excellent effects of suppressing hypersensitivity and preventing dental caries.Linvention concerne une composition orale liquide qui est préparée par ajout, à une composition liquide orale dépourvue déthanol et comprenant du nitrate de potassium (A) et du chlorure de cétyl pyridinium (B), dun surfactant non ionique (C) et dun tensioactif amphotère (D), la teneur de leau (E) étant régulée à 55 % en masse ou plus et à moins de 92 % en masse et le pH de la composition étant ajusté à 6,8 ou plus et moins de 8,0.
