The present invention relates to a plant dyeing composition for rapid dyeing hair and a preparation method thereof. The composition comprise a plant extract, ethanolamine, phosphate ester emulsifierand cationic Polyquaternium-22, wherein the plant extract is hydrolyzed by Kudzu seeds to extract a plant extract with high amino acid content.
