According to one embodiment of the present invention, an end-to-side anastomotic device for tubular organ comprises: a cylindrical housing； a support ring fixed on the front of the housing； a rotating lever which is connected to the rear end of the housing； an inner cylinder in which a front female screw thread with a rear female screw formed in one direction and a front female screw formed in the opposite direction is formed on the inner circumferential surface； a front driving body in which a front male screw thread coupled to the front female screw thread and which moves in the length direction of the inner cylinder by rotation of the inner cylinder； and a front cylinder which is connected to the front driving body to move together, can be moved to a release position separated from the fixed position adjacent to the support ring and the support ring and fixes an everted tube through the inner part of the support ring.본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 단-측 관상기관 문합장치는, 원통 형상의 하우징； 상기 하우징의 전방에 고정설치되는 지지링； 상기 하우징의 후단부에 연결되어 상기 하우징 상에서 회전가능한 회전레버； 상기 회전레버의 전단부에 연결되어 상기 회전레버와 함께 회전하며, 일방향으로 형성된 후방 암나사산 및 상기 일방향과 반대방향으로 형성된 전방 암나사산이 내주면에 형성된 내부실린더； 상기 전방 암나사산에 체결되는 전방 수나사산이 외주면에 형성되며, 상기 내부실린더의 회전에 의해 상기 내부실린더의 길이방향을 따라 이동가능한 전방구동체； 상기 전방구동체에 연결되어 상기 전방구동체와 함께 이동가능하며, 이동에 의해 상기 지지링과 접하는 고정위치 및 상기 지지링으로부터 이격되는 해제위치로 전환가능한 전방실린더를 포함하며, 상기 전방실린더는 상기 고정위치에서 상기 지지링의 내부를 통해 외번된 관로를 고정한다.
