An optical detection apparatus for detecting a tissue includes a cover, a light-emitting unit, a light-sensing unit and a conductive unit. The light-emitting unit is disposed in the cover and emits at least one light with a wavelength entering into the tissue. The light-sensing unit senses the light exiting from the tissue to generate a sensing signal. At least one portion of the conductive unit is disposed at an outer surface of the cover or in the cover, and the conductive unit transmits a driving signal to the light-emitting unit. Because the light-emitting unit is disposed in the cover, the optical detection apparatus of the invention can be miniaturized so as to enhance convenience for detection and improve competitiveness of the product. Besides, by the conductive unit, the driving signal is transmitted to the light-emitting unit located in the cover to drive the light-emitting unit to illuminate, and this is an innovative design.
