An optics detecting apparatus capable of detecting a tissue includes a body, a detecting portion, a position-sensing unit and a control unit. The detecting portion is disposed at the body and has a light-emitting unit and at least a light-sensing unit. The light-emitting unit emits at least a light entering into the tissue and emitting the light from the tissue. The light-sensing unit generates a light-sensing signal according to the emitting light. The position-sensing unit is disposed at the body and generates a position signal according to the position of the body. The control unit is coupled with the detecting portion and the position-sensing unit, and analyses the detecting portion located at which part of the tissue according to the position signal. The optics detecting apparatus of the invention has the function of automatic positioning.
