PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil emulsion composition which is excellent in makeup keeping, has a high internal aqueous-phase ratio giving juicy effect to skin, and gives high moisturizing action and stretch feeling after application.SOLUTION: The water-in-oil emulsion composition includes glycerin isostearate (A), an aqueous component (B), an oily component (C), and polyvinyl alcohol (D) having a saponification degree of 90 mol% or more, and satisfies the following conditions: (1) the internal aqueous-phase ratio obtained by dividing the mass of the aqueous component (B) by the sum of the mass of the aqueous component (B) and the oily component (C) is 70% or more (2) the amount of glycerin monoisostearate included in component (A) is 85 mass% or more per the total amount of component (A) and (3) the sum amount of glycerin diisostearate and glycerin triisostearate, as impurities, included in component (A) is less than 15 mass% per the total amount of component (A).COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】化粧持ちがよく、肌にみずみずしい効果を与える高内水相比を有する油中水型固形乳化組成物でありながら、塗布後には高い保湿効果やはり感を与える油中水型乳化組成物を提供する。【解決手段】下記成分(A)(B)(C)(D)を含み、さらに下記(1)(2)及び(3)の条件を満たすことを特徴とする油中水型乳化組成物。成分:(A)イソステアリン酸グリセリン(B)水性成分(C)油性成分(D)けん化度が90mol%以上であるポリビニルアルコール条件:(1)成分(B)の水性成分の質量を成分(B)の水性成分と成分(C)の油性成分の質量の和で除することで得られる内水相比が70%以上である。(2)成分(A)中に含まれるモノイソステアリン酸グリセリンの量が、(A)の総量に対して85質量%以上である。(3)成分(A)中に含まれる不純物としてのジイソステアリン酸グリセリン及びトリイソステアリン酸グリセリンの量が(A)の総量に対して15質量%未満である。【選択図】なし
