A kind of drill bit for medical use has a main body with an accommodating groove, a partition sheet and a lid and wherein the partition sheet disposes in the accommodating groove to separate the accommodating groove into a first groove and a second groove. The partition sheet engaged with the lid which covers the accommodating groove. The lid and the partition sheet do not rotate with the main body when the main body rotates.
