This invention is related to a technique of absolute quantitation of dopamine images, particularly a technique to measure the absolute uptake of dopamine in brain SPECT images and its application in evaluation of dopamine activity. The image processing techniques include attenuation correction, correction of intra-scan motion, scatter correction, creation of attenuation map, resolution recovery, and reduction of image noise, calculation of quantitative index and evaluation of dopamine activity. Through this invention, it is applicable to create absolutely quantitative images of dopamine and resolve the technical issue of image quantitation and quantitative analysis of dopamine SPECT and SPECT/CT as well as the evaluation of dopamine activity in brain.本發明是關於一種腦多巴胺圖像的絕對定量技術,特別是關於一種SPECT或SPECT/CT腦多巴胺顯像中多巴胺絕對攝取值測量的技術方法,以及此技術方法在多巴胺活度評估方面的用途。實施步驟包括:核素物理衰變校正步驟、掃描中患者移動校正步驟、散射校正步驟、組織衰減圖產生步驟、組織衰減校正步驟、圖像空間解析度恢復步驟、雜訊去除步驟、定量指標計算步驟、多巴胺活度評估步驟。經本發明中的技術手段,可產生SPECT腦多巴胺圖像的絕對定量圖像與定量指標,解決了利用SPECT和SPECT/CT顯像進行腦多巴胺定量分析的難題,並能夠使該技術用於腦多巴胺高低的評估。
