PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical spraying device that is mounted on a seed tape laying machine capable of determining an aiming position of a ridge and bringing chemicals into gravity dropping by detecting a sheet speed at a certain level or higher using a sheet speed detector and a seed detective switch and detecting seeds with the seed detective switch.SOLUTION: A chemical spraying device 36 is mounted on a seed tape laying machine. A chemical-dropping mechanism A makes chemicals drop by a speed signal from a sheet speed detector 29. When a seed detective switch 30 detects seeds, a chemical spray mechanism B sprays the dropped and deposited chemicals. The chemicals are sprayed only to the point where the seeds are present, and therefore chemicals can be sprayed on an opening of a coating sheet of a sheet coating device for seed tapes, i.e., only a seed position, and thereby significant reduction of chemical usage can be expected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】シート速度検知器と種子検知スイッチを用い、一定以上のシート速度を検知するとともに種子検知スイッチが種子を検知することにより、畝の目的とする位置を定めて薬剤を重力落下させることができるシードテープ敷設機に搭載される薬剤散布装置を提供する。【解決手段】シードテープ敷設機に薬剤散布装置36が搭載されている。シート速度検知器29からの速度信号により薬剤落下機構Aは薬剤を落下させる。種子検知スイッチ30が種子を検知すると、薬剤散布機構Bは落下堆積した薬剤を散布する。種子が存在する個所にのみ薬剤を散布するためシードテープ用シート被覆装置の被覆シートの開口部すなわち種子位置にのみ薬剤を散布することができ、薬剤使用量の大幅な削減が期待できる。【選択図】図2
