There is provided herein a composition comprising a silicone copolymer of the general formula (I) MMDDTTEQ where M = RRRSiO M = RRRSiO D = RRSi0 D = RRSi0 T = RSi0 T = RSi0 and Q = Si0 where R R R R R R R R and R are each independently selected from the group of monovalent hydrocarbon radicals optionally containing heteroatoms carbonyl groups and hydroxyl groups each independently having from about 1 to about 20 carbon atoms RE is a monovalent radical defined as: RO (CHO)(CHO)(CHO) R or Rwith the provision that the copolymer must contain at least one R group R is a linear or branched divalent hydrocarbon radical containing from 3 to about 10 carbon atoms R is H or C(=0)CH or a monovalent saturated or unsaturated hydrocarbon radical optionally containing heteroatoms and hydroxyl groups containing from 1 to about 30 carbon atoms R is a hydrocarbon radical containing from 2 to about 30 carbon atoms and at least 1 hydroxyl group optionally containing heteroatoms subscripts a b c d e f and g are 0 or positive subject to the limitation a + b + c + d + e + f + g < 1000 subscripts h i and j are 0 or positive subject to the limitation h + i + j is less than 100 and b) an organic oil containing at lease 1 ester group C(=0)0 which exhibits Hansen solubility parameters of 14 < d < 18 4 < d < 10 and 3 < d< 15 and wherein the composition has a viscosity of less than 20 000 cps. There are also provided silicone emulsions containing the composition a personal care composition containing said silicone emulsion and a process of treating a silicone surfactant comprising mixing the contents of the composition.
